The service time inside the kimono store is 1-2 hours (including selecting clothes, wearing kimono, and hairstyling). The exact time depends on the number of reservations, so please plan your trip accordingly.
Pregnant women are prohibited from experiencing wearing Kimonos. We do not accept pregnant women for the experience at our shop. If you do not inform us in advance that you are pregnant, you will be responsible for all consequences and losses incurred.
By default, customers of this store agree to allow the store to use their likeness for promotional purposes. If you object, please inform customer service in advance.
Please be aware that during peak seasons (such as cherry blossom season, autumn foliage season, etc.), waiting times may occur.
Makeup and hairstyling are available as add-ons only for kimono rental customers. Stand-alone makeup and hairstyling reservations will be canceled.
