• [Regarding License Plate and Tour Guide Information] We will notify you via email by 21:00 Japan time on the day before your trip with the meeting time, tour guide, and license plate information for the next day's itinerary. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder first; if it is not there, please contact us promptly! In case you receive multiple emails, the most recently received email shall prevail.
• [About Luggage Privileges] Each person is allowed to carry one piece of luggage for free. Any excess pieces can be paid for on-site at 2,000 JPY per piece to the driver-guide. Please be sure to add a note when placing your order. If you do not notify us in advance, the driver-guide has the right to refuse you boarding and the tour fee will not be refunded.
• [About Driver-Guide Services] The driver-guide service focuses primarily on driving, with guided commentary as a secondary role.
• [Regarding Force Majeure] Depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide has the right to adjust and reduce the itinerary on-site. Your understanding is appreciated, and refunds cannot be requested on this grounds.
• [Regarding Late Arrival and Refunds] Since the one-day tour is a carpooling service, if you arrive late at the meeting point or attraction, we will depart without waiting and no refunds will be issued. Please be aware of this.
• [Regarding End Time] Due to the long drive, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic, weather, etc. It is recommended that you avoid arranging other activities on the day the trip ends. The supplier will not be liable for any losses caused by delays.
