• Meeting point is JR Ryogoku Station, West Gate. If you arrive late, you will not be able to join the tour or receive your ticket.
• Please make sure to collect your tickets during this time. We are unable to arrange pick-up on any day other than your reserved game day.
• Children up to 3 years old may also join, but must sit on the lap of a parent or guardian while watching
• Visitors 4 years old and up must have an admission ticket
• No spectators are allowed to watch the matches from seats other than their own
• Re-entry is allowed only once a day
• Spectators in wheelchairs are not permitted
• Seats may not be designated. This information will be provided on the day of the tour.
• We will do our best to arrange seating so that all guests under the same reservation are placed next to each other, but this cannot be guaranteed.
• Suitcases and other large pieces of luggage cannot be brought into the seating area. Please make sure to store luggage at another location on your own in advance (coin lockers, etc.) or at your accommodation
• Lost admission tickets or exchange tickets will not be accepted. Re-issue of tickets is not possible
