• No Feeding the Cats: Only use designated cat treats provided by the café. If a cat approaches while you’re dining, our staff will assist.
• No Cat Handling: For their well-being, please avoid picking up the cats. Gentle handling is appreciated if they approach you.
• No Flash Photography: Capture your visit without flash to maintain a calm environment.
• Toy Policy: Please use our provided toys or bring new ones after staff inspection.
• Personal Belongings: Safely store coats and belongings at reception with a provided ticket.
• Max number of people per booking is 15 people. If there are more people in the group, please make another booking
• Confirmations regarding your booking will be sent at least 10 days before your activity date.
