Welcome to the world of "The Way of Rice Cake." This isn't a place to just watch without doing, but rather the ultimate experience course where you can become a "rice cake artisan" yourself.
In this course, you will start by kneading glutinous rice and use a real wooden pestle and mortar to pound mochi with all your strength! You can cut the pounded mochi into pieces yourself and enjoy unlimited servings with nine flavors (soybean flour, matcha, brown sugar syrup, grated radish, red bean, plum, mayonnaise, pollack roe mayonnaise, and soy sauce).
In addition, you can enjoy matcha and slowly savor freshly pounded rice cakes while experiencing luxurious Japanese time in the reserved seating on the second floor.
