Eligibility

• 1. Infants (children who are not potty-trained) cannot use the service. Children who are potty-trained can use the service.
• Children aged 6 and under are free (adult accompaniment required).

Booking limitations

• Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 days before your usage date. A 50% cancellation fee will be incurred for cancellations made from 3 days prior to the day before. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Additional information

• We refuse experiences for those who are heavily intoxicated. Additionally, we refuse entry to those who have been prohibited from bathing by a doctor, those with conditions that may worsen with bathing, and those with infectious diseases.
• If you arrive late without notice, your time will be shortened. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled.
