How to redeem

• Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket
• The digital ticket you purchased must be exchanged for a physical ticket at the Tobu Nikko Station Tourist Center or the Kinugawa Station Tourist Center
• When you exchange your voucher for a ticket at the Tobu Nikko Station Tourist Center or Kinugawa Station Tourist Center, please open the usage screen from the link provided in the voucher email, press the “Use” button, and show the screen to a staff member
• You will need to access the web screen on your smartphone, so please ensure you have a stable network connection
• Screenshots and printed versions cannot be used
