Eligibility

• For safety reasons, pregnant women, individuals with heart or back conditions, or those with illnesses that may affect their own safety or the safety of others are not permitted to use this facility. Persons suffering from infectious diseases or skin conditions, acute hepatitis, sexually transmitted diseases, conjunctivitis, intestinal infectious diseases, or heart conditions, and/or those under the influence of alcohol or drugs, are not permitted to enter the facility premises.
• Children aged 12 or below must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult and supervised at all times.
• Child fares are only applicable to children between 80 - 139cm in height.

Terms and Conditions:

• Hong Kong-style barbecue requires an $80 setup fee per grill, and each grill can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
• All food is for dine-in only and cannot be taken away. Please do not waste food. A surcharge of HKD 1 per gram may be applied for leftover food.
• Menu items may change, and some food items are available in limited quantities. Actual availability and selection are subject to the day.

Water Park Facilities User Guide:

• Comply with the general rules of the venue and the regulations of each facility.
• Comply with height, weight, or other restrictions for all facilities.
• Follow staff instructions; do not engage in dangerous or inappropriate behavior.
• Certain areas (e.g., pools) may be partially closed for scheduled cleaning.
• The pool on the premises is not for swimming purposes; swimming is strictly prohibited.
• No items may be removed from or maliciously damaged within the facility. Upon discovery, TLCBBQ(TAI PO) Limited reserves the right to demand compensation from the guest based on the extent of the facility damage.
• Do not play, push, or perform dangerous actions on the facility.
• Please do not eat, drink, or relieve yourself in the facility.
• When using inflatable facilities, appropriate swimwear must be worn. Swimwear with zippers, buttons, or sharp, hard objects is not permitted in the inflatable facilities.
• Please pay attention to your personal belongings and safety. Lockers are available on-site if needed.
• Keep the environment clean; do not litter.
• Respect other users, do not push ahead.
• Please assess your physical condition before entering and using the facility.
• Those who are unwell should not use the facilities.
• If you feel unwell during use, please leave the facility and rest in a well-ventilated area or seek assistance from staff.
• Pay close attention to weather changes. In case of thunderstorms, please evacuate water facilities promptly.
• In case of adverse weather conditions, TLCBBQ(TAI PO) Limited reserves the right to cease opening its facilities.
• After leaving the facility, please dry your body and allow your body temperature to return to normal before entering indoors or air-conditioned areas.

Amendment policy

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel bookings. Should this occur, you have the option to reschedule.
• The voucher can be used at any time within its validity period, and is non-refundable once redeemed.
• No refunds or modifications will be issued if: the participant is late or does not arrive.
• Please note that approval for rescheduling, changes, or refunds is subject to circumstances.
