• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children aged 0-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

General information

• Estimated duration for self-guided tour: 2 hours

• While the tour is self-guided, crew members are staged throughout the tour to offer more information and answer any questions you may have

• Photos are allowed from the Grand Staircase onwards. This includes the entire top floor of the tour

• Some areas of the museum are cold. It is recommended to bring a light jacket

• Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please inform staff upon arrival if you would like to request a wheelchair

• Digital audio guide is available for download on your phone and is available in English / Spanish

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
