  • If the performance is canceled or delayed due to abnormal weather or force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, heavy rain, typhoons, etc.), the specific arrangements will be subject to the on-site notice from the scenic area, without further individual notification.
  • Performance tickets must be used on the same day and cannot be used across different dates. Any unused portion will be considered automatically forfeited and will not be exchanged or compensated in any other form.
