Eligibility

• Free for children aged 0-5

• Children with a height of 120cm or below can enter free of charge

• Individuals with disabilities and one necessary companion can enter free of charge (please present disability certificate).

• Discount tickets are applicable to: students aged 6 and above (over 120cm tall), please purchase with a student ID; military, public sector, and education retirees (retirement certificate, veteran's certificate); citizens registered in Taoyuan City, please purchase with an ID card; honorary volunteers; seniors aged 65 and above, please present identification.

• Full ticket applicable: general public

• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible

• Pets must be transported in strollers and are not allowed on the floor indoors.

• If you purchase a concession ticket but subsequently do not meet the eligibility requirements, you will need to purchase a ticket on-site and contact Klook customer service for a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Booking changes policy

• Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

How to redeem

• Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket

• Present your electronic voucher at the ticket booth of the Taiwan Hakka Tea Culture Museum for verification by on-site staff and exchange for a physical ticket.
