• Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Eligibility

• Children with a height of 150cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults

• Adult Ticket: Valid for use by adults and visitors who are 1.5 meters (inclusive) or taller to enter the park.

• Student tickets: Applicable to primary, middle, technical, vocational, and general university students who are at least 1.5 meters tall (inclusive) and currently enrolled.

• Child tickets: Applicable for children between 100cm (inclusive) and 150cm (exclusive) in height to enter the park.

• Concessionary tickets: Applicable to elderly tourists aged 65 or above and those holding nationally issued officer's certificates/soldier's certificates/veteran's preferential treatment certificates/"three dependents" preferential treatment certificates, and disabled person's certificates.

• If amusement facilities and performances in the venue are suspended/canceled due to force majeure factors such as power outages or sudden malfunctions, the venue will not provide ticket extensions or refunds.
• The operating hours of the venue may be adjusted due to its capacity, adverse weather conditions, special events, or for safety and order reasons. Please refer to the actual announcements made within the park on the day of your visit for specific details.

• Small trolleys or any wheeled transport tools (excluding strollers and wheelchairs)
• Drones and banners
• Pets (excluding service animals)
• The following food and beverages: (1) bulk food or food and beverages exceeding the quantity for single-person consumption; (2) food requiring heating, processing, refrigeration, or insulation (such as instant noodles that need hot water for consumption and self-heating food, etc.); (3) food with pungent odors (such as durian, etc.); (4) alcoholic beverages; (5) and other food unsuitable for bringing into the park, including but not limited to the above items (excluding food and beverages for infants and young children or those with special physical conditions).
