• Participants must be aged 3+ to participate in this activity
• Children aged 3-11 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• There are times when wind, speed, and direction will affect water and sea spray which may enter the boat. You will get wet depending on where you sit, towards the back of the boats you most likely will get splashed

• Most of the times the speedboats will go out to the ocean and reach a speed of 40 mph, but while every effort is made to ensure a safe and Thriller ride upon the vessel during your trip, the captain will take the sea conditions into consideration before going into the Atlantic ocean and/or reaching speeds up to 40 mph

• Drinks in plastic cups or plastic bottles are allowed onboard
