Amendment policy

• Changes made at least 7 day(s) before the activity are free
• Bookings cancelled more than 7 Days before the trip will incur no cancellation fee and will be fully refunded
• Any booking canceled between 7 Days – 48 hours prior to departure will incur a $50 cancelation fee
• Any product cancelled within 48 hours will receive no refund

Reservation procedure

• You must visit Info & Snow, 37 Shotover Street, between 3pm and 7:15pm the day before your 1st ski day to pick up your ski pass, and if hiring equipment to get fitted. At this time they will also reconfirm your pick-up point and time
