• Ticket Information:
• 1. This performance is not real-name based, and generally no ID is required. However, please cooperate and present your ID if requested due to government activities/security checks.
• 2. Please do not repeatedly purchase tickets across platforms. Any losses incurred therefrom shall be borne by the ticket purchaser or the attendee. Please carefully check the quantity and amount of tickets when placing an order to avoid losses.
• 3. For safety reasons, children under 1 meter or infants, seniors aged 75 (inclusive) or above, pregnant women, and individuals suffering from claustrophobia, high blood pressure, heart disease, or those who have consumed alcohol are not recommended to enter. Drunk individuals are strictly prohibited from entering.
• 4. Each person requires one ticket for the performance (seniors and children over 1 meter tall also need to purchase tickets).
• 5. Child ticket purchase instructions:
• • Below 1 meter: Each ticket-holding adult may only bring one child under 1 meter in height who can enter for free and does not occupy a seat. If there is more than one child under 1 meter, tickets must be purchased for the additional children.
• • 1 meter or above: A full-price ticket must be purchased and accompanied by an adult
• 6. After purchasing tickets on a non-seat selection platform, the system will assign seats, which cannot be changed. There is a possibility that seats within the same order may not be adjacent.
• 7. Due to factors such as performance arrangements, stage setup, venue conditions, and the actors' lack of fixed positions, some seats may have obstructed views or partial blockages. Purchasing a ticket is considered an acknowledgment and acceptance of this.
• 8. Refund Rules
• Conditional refunds are supported and require contacting official customer service during business hours for processing.
• Audience Guidelines:
• 1. The entire performance is approximately 75 minutes. Latecomers are requested to follow staff arrangements and guidance for entry; to ensure your safety, please do not leave your seat or walk around during the performance.
• 2. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the theater, trampling on seats is prohibited, throwing objects is prohibited, and climbing over isolation facilities is strictly prohibited.
• 3. Please observe the management order of the performance venue. Do not make loud noises, please set your mobile phone to silent, and do not use flash photography. Do not bring professional photography, video, or aerial photography equipment. Recording, video recording, and photography are prohibited on site without permission.
• 4. Please take your assigned seat according to the seat number marked on your ticket. Do not change or occupy other people's seats without authorization. Adjustments in special circumstances require the consent of staff.
• 5. In case of emergency, please follow the guidance of on-site staff and evacuate in an orderly manner.
• 6. Please take good care of your personal belongings to prevent loss.
• 7. Those with limited mobility should arrive at the theater in advance and contact on-site staff for assistance.
• Admission Guidelines:
• 1. The ticket is only valid for the date and session indicated on the ticket face; it becomes void after expiration.
• 2. Electronic tickets must be exchanged for paper tickets. Please keep the tickets complete and clean (tickets with missing parts, unauthorized alterations, or obscured content will be considered invalid and entry will be refused).
• 3. Please dress neatly, obey the management of on-site staff, and enter in an orderly manner. Each person needs one ticket for one seat, and entry is valid for one time only.
• 4. Please consciously accept security checks. It is strictly forbidden to carry prohibited items such as firearms and ammunition, controlled knives; it is strictly forbidden to carry flammable and explosive items such as lighters, matches, fireworks, and firecrackers.
• 5. Please do not bring food, drinks, colored beverages, or pets into the auditorium.
• 6. Please obey the instructions of on-site staff and maintain order. If you are late, please seek assistance from on-site staff and enter under their arrangement. Do not enter without permission or disrupt the on-site order.
• 7. When entering, please be aware of the steps for safety. If you feel unwell or are accidentally injured, please contact staff immediately.
• 8. Damaging venue facilities is prohibited. Violators must compensate at the original price.
• 9. Restrooms within the venue will be open for use after ticket check-in.
