Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Children aged 0-10 must be accompanied by a paying adult

Players participating in the water bullet experience must receive operational guidance and listen to a safety briefing before entering the field.

High heels, slippers, sandals, and other footwear unsuitable for sports are prohibited in the venue.

Basic protective equipment (goggles) must be worn in the game area and spectator stands.

Before playing, players must sign a risk liability waiver, comply with venue regulations, and assume all risks before being allowed to play.

In the event of force majeure such as venue maintenance or private event bookings, an alternative experience will be required. Please confirm service details before admission.
