  • Adult Ticket: Ages 18 (inclusive) to 59 (inclusive) (Age is calculated based on birthdate, using the date of travel as the reference).

  • Route Instructions: 1. The one-way option can be used for either the outbound or return journey, valid for a single use. 2. Round trip includes both outbound and return journeys.
  • Transportation: Subject to the selected route
  • The Ten-Mile Gallery is located within Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. You must enter Zhangjiajie National Forest Park first to access it (please arrange your own Zhangjiajie National Forest Park entrance ticket).
  • Please ensure you have your original ID card with you before purchasing tickets. Entry will be denied without the original ID card, and partial refunds are not supported.
  • All guests are required to undergo temperature screening. Guests who do not cooperate with the temperature screening or have a high temperature will be refused entry.
  • Visitors are kindly requested to wear masks correctly throughout their visit. Entry will be refused to visitors who do not wear masks.
  • No pets allowed.
  • If a non-eligible individual purchases this product, the attraction reserves the right to refuse entry if the on-site verification of credentials does not meet the discount policy. Your cooperation in purchasing a supplementary ticket will be appreciated.
  • On-site equipment may fail to verify identification due to demagnetized ID cards. If this occurs, please go to the service window for assistance. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Round trip products provide authorization for one outbound journey and one return journey. They are not the same as 2 one-way tickets. If a customer who has purchased a round trip product only uses one leg of the journey, a partial refund for the remaining return trip will not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.   • Children with a height of 1.2 meters (inclusive) or below are admitted free of charge.
