Participants aged 10-15 are considered children, based on their official ID
Participants must be aged 10+ to participate in this activity
Children aged 10-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult
Children aged 16+ will be charged the same rate as adults

Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity
Temperature varies between 37.5 and 38.5 degrees
Weather conditions in Lake Tekapo’s alpine climate can change rapidly, and as a result, night sky conditions at the time of the tour determine whether our guides run the experience outdoors with telescopes or indoors using our Virtual Reality customised experience.
The place have lockable lockers for $NZD5 just outside the change rooms, and open cubbies /shelving next to the pools
You can borrow the operator's swimwear if needed. Towels & robes are provided complimentary as part of the tour.
The tour can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the tour starts.
Weather policy. If you spend less than 30 minutes at the telescopes due to weather conditions and instead receive our indoor Virtual Reality experience, our team will apply a 25% refund of the ticket price paid to which you will need to contact Klook to access.
