Precautions for ticket purchase

There is no time limit for staying after entering.

You can enter at any time within the selected time slot.

You may have to wait before entering.

Tickets cannot be changed or cancelled once purchased

Tickets can only be used on the selected date and time and are subject to selling out

Ticket prices include tax

Resale of tickets is prohibited. Tickets purchased through resale will not be accepted into the venue, and the organizer will not be held responsible in such cases

Opening hours are subject to change with prior notice on the official website

Precautions for your visit

The facility is not liable for any participants' injury, loss, or other problems occurring inside the venue

Due to the facility's intricate layout, pets, including guide dogs, are prohibited from entering

Artworks are subject to change depending on the season

Exhibitions may be interrupted or canceled due to the organizer's circumstances

Tickets are not refundable under any circumstances, except in case of temporary closing

Organizer or/and Klook do not guarantee travel expenses for visitors, even if the museum is temporarily closed

There is no limit to the time spent after admission

Please keep your valuables at your own risk. The organizer and Klook will not be responsible for any theft or loss of valuables

The museum is dark, with unstable footholds and low ceilings. Please be careful of yourself, your companions, and other visitors, and please ensure the safety of children, especially those under the supervision of their parents

There will be flashing/lighting of lights and loud noises

Please do not touch the projector, sensors, lights, and other equipment for your own safety and the maintenance of your work

Please order at least one drink per person at the EN TEA HOUSE for visiting

Please note that an area of the exhibit has a mirror surface. Your underwear may reflect on the mirror surface if you wear a skirt or wide-hemmed pants. It is highly recommended to wear pants during the experience

Elevators are available for wheelchairs and stretchers. (Elevator entrance: 1000 mm, internal dimensions (W x D): 1600 mm x 1350 mm) Stretcher access is possible within the above dimensions. If you exceed the above dimensions, you may enter by transferring to a wheelchair. However, for safety reasons, there are some works that cannot be entered or experienced (i.e., works that are not wheelchair accessible)

Entrance tickets will be distributed via the TeamLab app for some of the works during busy times. Please download the app before your visit

About Baggage

The following items are prohibited onsite: Alcoholic beverages, food (lunch boxes, etc.), luggage over 50 cm in length, baby strollers (please use the luggage storage area), hazardous materials, odorous materials, fresh flowers, etc., plastic bottles, drinks without lids except water bottles, and other items deemed dangerous by staff

Lockers for small luggage are available to use and free of charge. Please check with the staff on-site

Prohibitions & Limitations

You may be asked to present your ID upon entry such as Driver's license, health insurance card, student ID, passport, my number card, etc. that can verify your name and age

Please follow the instructions of the staff. Failure to do so may result in your being asked to leave the venue

Photos and videos may be taken, but please be careful not to disturb other guests

No monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, or other auxiliary equipment may be brought in or used

Various media may be covering and filming the event. If you do not agree to be photographed, please ask a staff member nearby

Photography for commercial purposes or news gathering without prior consent is not permitted

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue
