Booking changes policy

  • Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

  • The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

  • The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

  • Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Eligibility

  • Children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
  • Yilan County residents, professional drivers, children aged 3 and older, students, people with disabilities and one accompanying person, and those aged 65 and older, please purchase concession tickets (NT$150) on-site.

  • No luggage storage facilities are provided on site.

  • Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance

  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

  • Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

  • Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
