Eligibility

• This activity has no age limit

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

• Children under 7 years old are considered infants, based on their official ID

• Participants aged 7-16 are considered children, based on their official ID

• Children aged 17+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Children aged 0-16 must be accompanied by a paying adult

• Participants must be aged under 100 to take part in this activity

Additional information

• This activity will have a maximum of 40 travelers
• Children 7 years and under to be supervised at all times
• Not recommended for travellers with mobility constraints
• Children must be over 7 to swim with dolphins and be confident swimmers in the ocean
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
• Dolphin sightings are guaranteed. If no dolphins are spotted during your tour, the operator will provide one complimentary return trip at no additional cost. The return trip does not expire, is valid only for the original guest, and must be reserved in advance with the operator
• Guests wishing to participate in the in-water experience should have a reasonable level of physical fitness, as they must be able to enter and exit the water independently using a vertical swim ladder
• Swimming with dolphins cannot be guaranteed, as all encounters take place on the animals' terms. In-water interactions are only permitted when conditions are suitable and in accordance with Department of Conservation regulations to ensure the dolphins' welfare
• Sharks are present in the ocean, but sightings during the experience are uncommon. They are rarely found in the same areas as dolphins, as the two species typically occupy different habitats and feeding grounds
• Adverse sea conditions may result in these age limits being changed by the skipper during the tour to ensure the safety of all swimmers
• This is an open-ocean experience, and seasickness cannot be guaranteed against. Natural remedies such as ginger biscuits, ginger tea, and peppermint oil are available on board. If you are prone to motion sickness, it is recommended to take appropriate medication before the experience according to the product instructions
• Please note that seasickness is not considered a valid reason for a refund

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• Meet at Tauranga Bridge Marina, where complimentary all-day parking is available. The vessel is berthed at Dock D1, located just outside the marina office and restaurant building
