• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Children aged 16+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

• Visitors are not allowed to feed the animals without permission from the staff

• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible

• Guests holding zoo entry tickets may access the zoo via the Lower Zoo Entrance just a short walk from the wharf

• Note: Please note zoo tickets are not available at Taronga Zoo entry. All tickets must be pre-purchased. A bus ticket can be purchased onsite in the event of cancellation.
