- There will be no guide during the boat ride at the Lata Berkoh Falls, only 2 boatmen will be present.
- If the boat to Lata Berkoh Falls is unavailable on the day of your tour, a refund of RM100 per person will be provided.
- During the rainy season, some of the activities may be cancelled for safety purposes
- Please have all your trekking gear ready as there is no equipment rental at the park
- In case the tour gets canceled due to inclement weather, you may reschedule the tour or opt for a full refund
