Once a Mini Three Links package ticket is issued, a 10% handling fee will be charged for cancellations.
If canceled 5-6 business days (excluding holidays) before departure before 18:00, a 20% processing fee will be charged.
If you cancel 3-4 business days (excluding holidays) before departure before 18:00, a 30% handling fee will be charged.
If canceled 1-2 business days (excluding holidays) before departure before 18:00, a 50% handling fee will be charged.
Cancellations made after 18:00 one business day prior to departure (excluding holidays) will incur a 100% service fee.
Any costs incurred due to changes or cancellations of flights or ship schedules to Kinmen and Xiamen (whether by plane or boat) caused by force majeure (such as weather changes, mechanical failures, orders from competent authorities, or other necessary circumstances) are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
Rescheduling airline or ferry tickets: A fee of NT$200 will be charged per one-way trip. You can only reschedule once. If you need to reschedule a second time, you will need to cancel and rebook. Rescheduling is not possible within two business days (excluding holidays) before departure.
