  • The rental period for the scooter is 24 hours. If you want to extend the rental hours, please contact the operator at least 3 hours prior to the estimated return time. The operator reserves the right to decide whether or not to extend your rental hours. For every exceeding hour, an additional fee will be applied TWD50 per hour, if exceeding 5 hours will be considered as a full day rental. The overtime fee of the holiday will depend on site.
  • The rent doesn't include fuels, please proceed to the gas station and fill 92 unleaded gasoline up the vehicle's tank. Please refuel the car to the same fuel level upon picking up when you return. Or the operator will charge for fuel plus an additional fee
  • If there is any traffic citation or parking fee, please pay by yourself or ask the operator to pay
  • If there is any damage to the scooter, you will be charged according to the original manufacturer's price. Non-accidental situation: the customer may be charged an additional fee as part of the compensation for loss of use during the repair or cleaning of the vehicle caused by a traffic accident, theft, break down, defacement, etc

  • The renter must be of legal age and have held a valid, original Heavy Motorcycle License recognized by the Taiwan Motor Vehicle Office for at least 6 months. Upon vehicle pick-up, please provide the original "Identity Card" and "Driver’s License." If a check of "traffic violation status" reveals outstanding fines, the branch reserves the right to decide whether to accept the rental.
  • Foreign travelers must present the following documents upon vehicle pick-up: (1) Foreign Renters (excluding Hong Kong & Macau): Must present a Passport + Original Local Driver's License + International Driving Permit (IDP). All documents must be from the same country/nationality. (2) Hong Kong & Macau Renters: Must present a HK/Macau Passport + Online Entry/Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents + Original HK/Macau Local Driver's License + International Driving Permit issued by HK/Macau. All documents must be from the same nationality.(3) ARC (Alien Resident Certificate) Holders: Must present a valid ARC + a valid Taiwan Driver's License. Both documents must be from the same nationality.
  • If any of the aforementioned requirements for foreign renters are missing, we regret that vehicle pick-up services cannot be provided, and no refund can be requested.
  • All aforementioned foreign renters must provide a physical credit card (Visa / MasterCard / JCB / American Express) in the renter's name with a remaining validity of at least six months for pre-authorization purposes. If a valid credit card cannot be provided, the rental cannot be processed.
  • If you wish to extend the rental, please call the rental company at least 3 hours before the original return time. The company reserves the right to decide whether to grant the extension.For late returns, an additional fee of NT$50 per hour will be charged; if the delay exceeds 6 hours, it will be billed as a full day (overtime rates during consecutive holidays and New Year holidays are subject to on-site regulations).Mileage limits: 250km for a 24-hour rental, 100km for a same-day return, and 2,000km for a monthly rental. A fee of NT$3 per kilometer will be charged for any excess mileage. One-way rentals (pick up at A, return at B) are not available.
