Additional information

  • Hot springs may cause health risks for expecting mothers, people with bleeding disorders, hypertension, heart problems or those wearing a pacemaker

  • It is not allowed to take a hot spring bath after consuming alcoholic drinks

  • The time allocated for the bathhouse is limited to 5 minutes. If you exceed the time limit, it will be canceled automatically

  • Each individual hot spring room can accommodate up to 2 adults. Additionally, the room can accommodate either 2 additional children aged 6-11 years old or 1 extra adult

  • The hot spring experience is not suitable for pregnant women

  • Please note that the additional fee for children aged 6 to 11 should be paid on-site

  • A surcharge of TWD$1,200 per hour will be applicable for the usage of the hot spring room outside the designated time. Please make the payment on-site

  • Please select the date of participation on the event page, and also select the time slot for the hot spring experience. If the time you preferred is fully booked, the hotel will assist in rescheduling for you (If you have chosen a package with meals, please take note of the last order time.)

  • Please arrive 5 minutes in advance. If you are late, your usage time may be shortened. Please understand. For fees related to overtime use, please contact the service staff in advance.
