• Please follow staff instructions during the changing process.
• Cheongsams, Hanboks, and Indian saris are mainly for adult women. We also offer men's Chinese robes; please select the $1200 Cheongsam package and leave a message indicating you need men's wear. Costume experience packages are available for both men and women.
• A cleaning and compensation fee will be charged for any severe damage or stains upon return of the clothing and accessories. (All clothing, wigs, and accessories are for rental use only, and must be returned in their original condition.)
• Please arrive on time for the event. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to wait if the staff is busy.
• Due to limited space, each paying customer is allowed to bring 1-2 companions. Companions are not permitted to wear the costumes or accessories.
• Please refrain from bringing food with strong odors inside.
• Extremely Important Information: Receiving an activity voucher does not guarantee your participation in the activity! The activity you signed up for may be canceled due to weather conditions, failure to meet group size requirements, or unforeseen natural disasters. Therefore, after placing your order, please be sure to add King's Activities official LINE account within 24 hours.
