Due to system configuration limitations for ATR electric vehicles, each mobile account and each order number can only rent one vehicle. Therefore, each order may reserve a maximum of one electric vehicle.If you need to rent multiple vehicles, please place separate orders for each vehicle.

Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be citizens of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and have held a valid domestic heavy motorcycle driver’s license for at least six months. Renters are required to download the designated app and complete verification before vehicle pick-up and return.

Pick-up and return location: Both pick-up and return must be at the same location. It is recommended to take photos of the vehicle during pick-up and return to protect your rights.

Rental fee includes: one electric motorcycle, two helmets, a phone holder, and compulsory insurance

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the rental.

Please take proper care of the vehicle and ensure it remains undamaged. If there is any noticeable damage or destruction to the vehicle’s body, interior, or equipment, the rental company will seek compensation for the affected parts, with costs based on quotations from authorized service centers or the original manufacturer. For non-accidental damage, renters are also responsible for business loss, calculated according to the standard rates. Any fines, parking fees, or other charges incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.
