Accessibility (This activity is not recommended for visitors with the following criteria):
- Visitors who are unable to ascend or descend stairs unaided (Including those who require a walking aid or assistance from another person)
- Visitors who uses a wheelchair
- Visitors who had a recent injury, such as broken bone or sprained ankle
- Visitors who require a pram (Due to limited space, the venue is unable to store prams. Infants may need to be carried or worn in a baby carrier)
- Due to the heritage nature of the Sydney Harbor Bridge, there is no lift within the BridgeMuseum. Access to the museum and movement between levels is via stairs only
- Access to reach the SkyHouse (Located on the top level): Visitors must be comfortable climbing more than 200 stairs. There are several opportunities along the way to pause, sit, and rest
- The BridgeMuseum is an all-weather experience, which takes place primarily indoors, with the exception of the SkyHouse lookout. Access to the SkyHouse Lookout may be restricted during electrical storms or periods of high winds
- Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled session. If you arrive earlier, the operator will do their best to accommodate you in an earlier session, subject to availability. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after your scheduled entry time, the operator will try to move your booking to the next available session
- Audio guide: Please use your own smartphone or QR scanner to access the app
- The SkyHouse is located 87 m above sea level, overlooking the stunning Sydney Harbor and surrounds
- Certified assistance animals are welcomed at the BridgeMuseum, it is recommended to contact the operator in advance for advice on the best times to attend and to ensure any relevant documentation is available
- Please note that there is one exhibition that includes a large-scale surround projection with audio and immersive visuals
- This experience may not be suitable for guests with photosensitive epilepsy, vertigo, or sensory sensitivities. If you have any concerns or would like more information before your visit, the operator will be happy to assist. On the day of your visit, staff will also be available to provide support if needed. The experience lasts approximately 6 minutes and is suitable for all ages
- BridgeMuseum is designed as a highly visual experience, with a strong focus on interactive and multimedia storytelling
- Visitors who are deaf and hard of hearing: To support visitors who are Deaf or hard of hearing, the museum offers a self-guided experience on visitors' own mobile devices that meets relevant accessibility requirements. This provides an alternative to traditional hearing augmentation systems, helping ensure key content is accessible in a format that supports a wide range of needs
- Toilet facilities are available to ticketed visitors and are located on level 3 of the BridgeMuseum, this is accessible via stairs only
- Storage: The museum has limited indoor pace, it is recommended to only bring essential items, as all personal belongings must be carried during your visit. Strollers, large bags, and suitcases are not able to be stored

How to get there
- From The Rocks: Take the Harbor Bridge lift or stairs from Cumberland Street (opposite The Glenmore Hotel). Then turn right and walk 5–10 minutes north along the pedestrian footpath, it is approximately 300 m to reach the BridgeMuseum entrance
- From Milsons Point: Access the pedestrian footpath via the stairs or lift and walk south for approximately 800 m to reach the BridgeMuseum entrance
