• This treatment is safe for pregnant women, however customer need to inform the operator the stage of their pregnancy

• Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late and without notice. It will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late

• Make sure that your mobile phone is switched to silent mode and avoid using it while inside the spa

• Please be responsible for your personal belongings. Klook / the operator will not be held liable for any lost belongings during the trip

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
