• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Riders must meet a minimum height requirement of 110 cm.

Booking limitations

• Participants must have a height of at least 110cm to join the activity

• For safety purposes, it is not recommended for pregnant women and people with disabilities, to participate in this activity

Additional information

• A waiver form must be signed by first time visitors before any FlowRider session. Guests who have not signed the waiver will be not permitted to enter the FlowRider and Flow House Bangkok will not be responsible for issuing refunds

• FlowRider sessions only run with a minimum of 3 riders for single lane, 6 riders for 2nd lane and in case your session does not have 3 riders or 6 riders, you will be required to wait for the next session

• It is the policy of Flow House that if there is only 1 customer for the session, Flow House will run the water for only 30 minutes

• For safety purposes, it is not recommended for pregnant women and people with disabilities

• Towels are available for purchase. Flow House does not offer them for rent. If you prefer not to buy one, we kindly recommend bringing your own.

• There are locker service deposit THB 100/Locker/Session. Return the key to Flow Desk for deposit refund.

• No outside food and drink allowed

• Customer are required to participate in the session strictly according to the booked time. Early entry will not be permitted.

• 15 Minutes late is considered “NO SHOW” No Refund

• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to wave booking time to complete check-in procedure.
