• Persons who drink excessively
• Pregnant individuals, or those who may be pregnant

• Event Conditions
• Since the event is held at sea where sudden weather changes are common, it may be canceled if the weather turns rough or marine visibility deteriorates after it has started.
• Cancellations may occur due to weather or equipment malfunction.
• In the event of severe weather after the event, the plan content may be changed or canceled to provide guests with the safest and most comfortable experience, depending on the actual local conditions.
• Activity Common
• The organizer bears no responsibility for accidents resulting from not following staff instructions and precautions.
• Please note that refunds cannot be issued if you are unable to participate due to not meeting the participation, health, or physical conditions. Please confirm before making your reservation.
• In the event of stormy weather, we may suspend operations. In such cases, we cannot compensate for travel expenses to the site.
• For Diving and Snorkeling Only
• For those applying for diving, if the organizing company determines that you have a health condition unsuitable for diving, either in the past or currently, we may decline your participation.
• After diving, please plan your itinerary to allow at least 18 hours, and preferably 24 hours or more, before boarding an airplane.
• No diving or snorkeling after drinking alcohol. Please refrain from drinking the day before to avoid a hangover.

• If you cancel the booking between booking confirmation to 2 day(s) before participation time, a 0% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking 2 day(s) before participation time or later, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged
• If you cancel the booking after participation time, 100% cancellation fee will be charged

• Pick-up and drop-off services are available
• This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible
• Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance
• Pick-up is available from hotels and American Village in Chatan Town. We will adjust the pick-up time and contact the customer the day before the course participation date.
• Between the completion of your reservation and the day of the experience, you will receive a notification from the store via email or phone regarding your pick-up time.
