• Participants should be able to ride a bike comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a bike safely, and no refunds will be issued

• We offer a range of e-bikes used on the tour, including the Basic U2 Unisex, Urban 2+ Unisex, Urban 2+ Mens, and Basic i3 Unisex. These bikes feature comfortable wide seats, some have front suspension, and they all provide multiple assist levels for a smooth riding experience.
