SUPER FUN ZONE CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

• The Super Fun Zone is committed to providing our guests with a safe, fun and memorable experience. By entering the Super Fun Zone, guests agree to:
• be subject to and comply with these Conditions of Entry
• comply with the rules and regulations of the Super Fun Zone facilities and/or attractions, including all safety requirements displayed via signage or provided by the staff in relation to each and every attraction of the Super Fun Zone
• be solely responsible for complying with all rules and regulations of the Super Fun Zone and for any adverse event resulting from guests failing to use Super Fun Zone facilities and/or attractions in accordance with such rules and regulations
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult at all times, who shall be solely responsible for their care and conduct at the Super Fun Zone; for safety reasons, each child under the age of 12 must be accompanied by one adult at admission and exit
• For the safety of our guests, there are age, height and/or weight requirements for participating at certain Super Fun Zone facilities and/or attractions; guests are solely responsible for complying with such requirements; Studio City reserves the right to amend these requirements at any time without prior notice
• The rules and regulations of use for each attraction of the Super Fun Zone are displayed via signage next to such attraction
• For safety reasons, children are suggested to wear long-sleeved t-shirt and long pants
• All guests must wear shoes and socks, except for certain areas that require guests to take off shoes before entering
• There are inherent risks of using the Super Fun Zone facilities and/or attractions, including the risk of injury or death; guests acknowledge and accept the risks of which an average person should be aware, including the risk of injury or death, and must act with good judgment and consideration, both for themselves and others, at all times
• If guests suffer from any medical condition that could affect their safety and/or ability to use the Super Fun Zone facilities and/or attractions, they must refrain from using the Super Fun Zone facilities and/or attractions
• Guests must refrain from behavior which could affect their own safety or the safety of others and must abide by all safety requirements and follow the instructions provided by Studio City
• Guests must report any incidents and/or abnormality within the Super Fun Zone to Studio City immediately, including any adverse event that may occur when guests use any of the Super Fun Zone facilities and/or attractions
• Guests are fully responsible for any injury or health issue that occurs at the Super Fun Zone or as a direct or indirect consequence of using any of the Super Fun Zone facilities and/or attractions, including as a result of any preexisting medical conditions that were not known by guests
• Guests are solely responsible, and irrevocably waive, release, discharge and hold harmless Studio City and any of its affiliates, or any successors or assigns, and their executives, members, agents, employees, officers, directors, successors or assigns, for any claims, losses, damages, expenses, injury (including death) or causes of action, whatsoever, which may occur in connection with and/or during guests’ visit to the Super Fun Zone, including in case guests do not comply with any rules and regulations of the Super Fun Zone facilities and/or attractions, safety requirements, age, height and/or weight restrictions, instructions provided by Studio City, if guests breach any term of these Conditions of Entry, and/or in case of omission of any relevant information in connection with guests’ safety
• Studio City reserves the right to refuse admission and to evict any person whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate, including conducts that may adversely impact a safe, hygienic and healthy environment at the Super Fun Zone, or who poses a threat to security or to the enjoyment of other guests; under any such circumstances, no refund or compensation will be provided, including deferment or refund of purchased tickets
• Guests assume all risk and are solely responsible for all personal belongings and agree to waive and release Studio City from any liability for any damage or loss of property or belongings arising from the use of the Super Fun Zone facilities, attractions and/or services
• Guests shall pay to or reimburse Studio City for any damages caused to the Super Fun Zone facilities and/or attractions; in the event of irreparable damage, guests shall compensate Studio City and its affiliates for the losses
• For security purposes, guests may be requested to open bags, packages and/or other items in their possession before admission
• No contraband, firearms, weapons, glassware, sharp implements and devices that may affect guest’s safety are allowed in the Super Fun Zone
• No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the Super Fun Zone, with the exception of food or beverages for guests with special dietary needs or for the use of infants or young children
• Please contact Studio City staff for mobility assistance
• No smoking permitted in the Super Fun Zone
• Studio City may, from time to time and without prior notice, amend the operations of the Super Fun Zone as deemed appropriate, including but not limited to the operating hours and ticket price; and reserves the right to suspend operations at the Super Fun Zone, close the Super Fun Zone or any part thereof and/or restrict the number of persons having access to the Super Fun Zone, due to capacity, special events, for safety, security or order, maintenance or other operational reasons, or if Studio City considers that the circumstances so require; under any such circumstances, no refund or compensation will be provided, including deferment or refund of purchased tickets
• MOP500.00 per hour per child will be charged if the registered guardian/parent fails to pick up the child during the Super Fun Zone operating hours
• For the safety of our guests, evacuation procedures will be activated in the event of an emergency
• Photographs, videos and/or sound recordings taken by guests inside the Super Fun Zone must not be used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Studio City; photography or any recording of non-consenting guests is strictly prohibited
• Studio City reserves the right to film, photograph and/or record (sound and visual) guests inside the Super Fun Zone for purposes of providing services, ensuring the quality of such services, ensuring safety and security, managing the operations of its properties and facilities, providing benefits and rewards, general marketing and promotion campaigns or events, safeguarding its legitimate interests, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations; guests consent to the processing of their personal data by Studio City for such purposes without compensation, and to the transfer of such personal data, in or outside Macau, to any Studio City’s affiliates; for questions regarding personal data, including right to access and amendment of inaccurate data, guests should contact contactcentre@melco-resorts.com
• All matters and disputes, including the interpretation of these Conditions of Entry, will be subject to the final decision of Studio City
• Studio City reserves the right to amend these Conditions of Entry at any time without prior notice
• These Conditions of Entry shall be governed by the laws of Macau; guests agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Macau for the purpose of resolving any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Conditions of Entry
• The English version of these Conditions of Entry shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions
