It is recommended to allow 2 hours to explore all five floors of the museum

Visitors are allowed to being bottled water. All other food and beverages must be consumed on level 1

Accessible entrance: The north entrance off of 4 Street SE next to the NMC Gift Shop is fully accessible

All exhibition stages, performance areas, entrances, and hallways are fully physically accessible and barrier-free, with two large elevators making it easy to move throughout the building

Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited

Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue
