Check-ins

  • Please visit StarCruises Web Check In for mandatory Online Check-In that is open for you to input your details correctly. NOTE: Online Check-In closes 48 hours before departure. Please use the ID in Klook voucher, below the QR code for online check-in. If you are unable to do your online check-in, you can still do a manual check-in on the day of sailing
  • After completing web check-in, please review your check-in time, itinerary, and embarkation/disembarkation details. No refunds are available for missed embarkation.

  • You will be able to disembark at the ports for free and easy travel. For shore excursion packages, please approach the Shore Excursion desk when you are onboard

  • Refer to the activity page for the latest itinerary updates. No refunds will be provided for guests who miss embarkation or any part of the itinerary due to late arrival or personal delays.

Important information to note

  • Each stateroom must have at least one passenger who is age 18+.
  • All passports must have at least 6 months validity till the end of the cruise date.
  • Passengers are responsible to ensure that all travel documents and visas are in order prior to departure from their home country.
  • StarCruises will not accept passengers who have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during their cruise vacation.
  • StarCruises reserves the right to cancel or substitute any scheduled port of call/itinerary/price/programme at any time without prior notice.

  • The default currency onboard is Hong Kong Dollar (HKD). The fuel surcharge will be charged onboard and calculated based on SGD 15 per guest per night, converted to HKD at the prevailing exchange rate.
  • Payment Method Onboard: Cash (HKD) or Cashless including Alipay, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and Union Pay.
