Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 12+ to participate in this activity

• Seniors aged 60+ should present a medical certificate before participating

• In the case of schedule changes or cancellation due to traffic, weather or other force majeure, Travel Operator have the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries and accommodation reserved should conditions beyond our control render it necessary.
• Travel Operator will not be held responsible, or in any way liable, for property losses, personal losses, accidents, injury, or death for any reason whatsoever, whether through any activities booked through us, or caused to you by third parties.
• Water skill Level Requirement: Intermediate
• For participants of age 50 years old and above, kindly provide a medical report from general practice doctor within 12 months to ensure your safety and comfort.
• Sit-In-Coach basis (SIC). This tour is not a private tour, you will share the trip with other guests who come from different countries.
• Request Private Charter 10 seater vehicle, additional MYR500.00/vehicle. Kindly inform us before the tour commences.
• Tipping is like giving a hug. Although it’s never expected, it’s always very much appreciated.
• Customers are encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance before traveling to Borneo.
