• Ticket category is based on birth year (e.g. if you turn 13 in 2025, you must purchase an adult ticket for visits between 1 January-31 December 2025)

• Extra fees may apply for oversized and/or additional luggage. Please pay any extra fees directly to the driver
• The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

• Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before the travel date
