• In order to ensure the safety of all passengers, those with reduced mobility must be accompanied by another passenger who will ensure their safety and well-being while on the tour. It is recommended that passengers with reduced mobility contact the operator to discuss the risks and options available. The operator is not liable in the event of an accident caused by reduced mobility
• Due to the reduced space available for storage, wheelchair and mobility scooter users must contact the operator before confirming the measurements of the equipment
• For all tours, hats, gloves, comfortable shoes, and warm socks are essential. Additionally, wearing a waterproof jacket is advisable. During the winter season (September–May), consider bringing city crampons to attach to your shoes for icy conditions near waterfalls
