The meeting place will be on the 4th floor of the Meitetsu Bus Center. You can bring your luggage, such as suitcases, directly into the trunk of the bus. Eligibility

• Free for children aged 0-1 as long as they will not occupy separate seats

• Children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult

• Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• This activity requires a minimum of 25 participant(s). If the minimum is not met, you can book an alternative date or request a full refund

• We will notify you 7 days prior to departure if the minimum number of participants is not met.

Additional information

• In the event of severe weather such as heavy snow in spring that may impede travel safety, the Snow Wall Walk may be canceled.
• Please be aware that the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route transportation may be suspended and closed due to bad weather. In such cases, the second day of your itinerary will be changed to exploring Kanazawa, and the difference in cost will be refunded.
• The Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route may be closed if the cable car service is suspended due to dangerous weather conditions.
• Depending on traffic conditions on the Alpen Route, the departure time on the second day may be earlier, and the length of stay may be adjusted.
• For safety reasons, we do not recommend participation for customers who are pregnant, those with children in strollers, those using equipment such as wheelchairs, or those who are not physically fit.
• During your traverse of the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, the bus will be relocated from Tateyama Station to Ogizawa Station. You will not be able to retrieve your luggage, so please be sure to bring any necessary items, such as personal belongings or warm clothing, with you when exploring.
• The bus has a baggage check service with no limit to the quantity or size of baggage.
• Toddlers aged 2-5 years old will share a bed. Bus seats, and breakfast and lunch (children's curry) on the second day are included.

• Departure: Meet the operator at 07:00. Enter your preferred location at checkout. The operator will make the final confirmation accordingly. You cannot board from any location other than the 4th floor of the Meitetsu Bus Center, and you cannot participate in the tour from any place other than the meeting place. Suitcases and other luggage can be brought directly into the bus trunk. There are no restrictions on size or the number of items you can bring. *If the Tateyama Toll Road is closed before departure, the tour will be canceled and a full refund will be issued..Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded Please arrive at the location 10 mins before the departure time

• [Return] 21:00, at Meitetsu Bus Center, If the Tateyama Toll Road is closed after departure, the tour will be changed to a stroll through the Tonami Tulip Fair and Shirakawa-go, and no refund will be given. In that case, the arrival time will be approximately 1 to 2 hours earlier.

• If the Tateyama Toll Road is closed before departure on the day, the tour will be canceled and a full refund will be issued. We will distribute the boxed lunch included in the itinerary to those who come to the meeting time and place.
• If the Tateyama Toll Road is closed or the Snow Wall Walk is canceled after departure, the tour will be changed to a walk through the Tonami Tulip Fair and Shirakawa-go, and no refunds will be given. In that case, the arrival time will be approximately 1-2 hours earlier.
• The Snow Wall event will end at 3:00 PM.

What to bring

• Because the Snow Wall is very cold, please wear warm clothes, gloves, a hat, a raincoat, sunglasses, etc., and participate in comfortable shoes.
