Eligibility

Adult ticket: For ages under 60 (excluding 60) (age is calculated based on birth date, with the travel date as the reference); height of 140cm (excluding 140cm) or above; must meet both of the above conditions.
Concessionary tickets: Children with a height of 1 meter (excluding) - 1.4 meters (inclusive); Elderly people aged 60 or above (must present their valid ID); Active servicemen and officers; Retired soldiers and other preferential treatment recipients holding "preferential certificates"; People with disabilities (must present their valid ID); Travel agency tour guides (must present their valid tour guide certificate).
Family (1 adult + 1 child): This ticket is valid for 1 adult and 1 child with a height of 1.0 meters (excluding) to 1.4 meters (inclusive).
Family (2 adults + 1 child): This ticket is valid for 2 adults and 1 child with a height of 1.0 meters (excluding) to 1.4 meters (inclusive).

To ensure a smooth entry into the park, please be sure to fill in your real name, mobile phone number, and other information when booking; the mobile phone number reserved for ticket booking cannot be changed.
Tickets are valid only during the validity period; please be sure to bring the mobile phone with the reservation number when entering the park; and you need to enter the park together with all accompanying visitors in the same order; split verification is not accepted.
Tickets are valid for the day of purchase. Re-entry to the park requires a new ticket. Combo tickets allow entry to Shimao Wonderland InterContinental Quarry and Smurfs Land once each on the day of purchase and are valid for that day only.
According to relevant regulations, all amusement facilities in the park will be regularly inspected and repaired. These inspections and repairs may cause some amusement projects to be suspended or delayed. Please refer to the park's site for specific details.
For reasons including weather, safety, and guest experience, the park or any attraction's operating hours may be changed, the park or any area within the park may be temporarily closed, the number of guests admitted to the park may be controlled, or guest admission may be suspended when the park's capacity approaches saturation, and project operations and performances may be changed, delayed, or canceled without prior notice, subject to the park's on-site announcements.
Certain attractions within the park are not suitable for individuals with high blood pressure, heart conditions, neck and back problems, pregnant women, or other similar conditions. Some attractions have height, waist circumference, weight, and age restrictions. Tickets and other benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable without the park's consent, unless otherwise required by law. Tickets and other benefits are void if altered without authorization.
