• For Antelope Canyon:

• Walk on slanted, uneven sandstone and loose sand

• Navigate steep metal ladders and stairs, some with railings

• Agility, balance, and grip are necessary

• The experience is not strenuous but demands physical capability

• Purses and backpacks are prohibited unless they are clear

• Tripods are not permitted during the tour

• Hiking poles are also not allowed during the tour

• For Horseshoe Bend:

• Walk a 2.5 km round trip on an unshaded dirt path

• There is no shade along the route
