Please note that there is no weight or height restrictions. Each gondola can hold up to 1,300 pounds

Duration: One ticket consists of 4 revolutions that last approximately 10-15 minutes

Some gondolas remain empty during a ride to ensure proper balance and safe operation of the Ferris wheel

The gondolas are climate-controlled to maintain a comfortable temperature regardless of outdoor conditions

Guests are accommodated on the next available gondola as the ticket are not time specific

Guests can stop by the LandShark Bar & Grill for a quick drink or meal after the ride

Gondola capacity: A maximum of 6 adults can fit comfortably in the gondola. A group of 7 can fit if there are small children

Please note that SkyWheel is a cashless venue that allows convenient payments to b made using all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

Guests using wheelchairs or scooters can board the SkyWheel

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
