Booking changes policy

  • Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

  • The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

  • The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

  • Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Eligibility

  • Children with a height of 110cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
  • Children over 110 cm can join this activity alone
  • Children between 85 cm and 110 cm can be accompanied by a paying adult (over 150 cm)
  • Child companion tickets can only be purchased on site
