Eligibility

• Children aged 0-3 can enter free of charge
• There is no minimum age requirement for SkyHelix Sentosa, but guests must be at least 1.05m tall. Children under 12 years old need to be accompanied by an adult.

• This is a rain or shine event.
• Standard seats are applicable to guests aged 4 years and above.
• All tickets purchased in one transaction have to be used/redeemed together, no partial usage/redemption is allowed.
• Redeemed tickets must be utilised on the day of redemption.
• All completed and confirmed transactions cannot be cancelled, refunded or amended under any circumstances.

Ride Guidelines

• Guests must be 1.05 metres and above in height to experience the ride.
• Guests between 1.05 metres to 1.2 metres in height or 12 years old and below may take the ride only if accompanied by a supervising adult.
• The ride is NOT suitable for: Expectant mothers, Guests who have a fear of heights, Guests with limited mobility.
• Animals and pets are NOT allowed on the ride.
• The ride is NOT recommended for guests who are unwell or have existing conditions such as motion sickness or vertigo.
• Loose clothing and handheld devices such as selfie sticks and mobile phones are to be properly secured at all times during the ride.
• The following items are NOT permitted on the ride: Hats and bags, Sharp objects such as umbrellas, Items made of glass, Outside food & drinks

• A paid ride on SkyHelix Sentosa includes a choice of one (1) standard non-alcoholic beverage or one (1) souvenir.
• Redemption points for non-alcoholic beverage is at SkyHelix Snack Bar, while souvenir is at SkyHelix Retail Kiosk (towards the exit of SkyHelix Sentosa). Redemption of beverage/souvenir must be done on the same day of the visit.
• Kindly be informed that seats availability is on a first come first serve basis.
• Each ticket is valid for one (1) guest only and can only be used once. Once the ticket is scanned, it will be deemed as utilised and cannot be used again.
• No partial redemption of any ticket shall be allowed.
• Last boarding will be 15 minutes before closing i.e. 9:15pm.

• One ride lasts for approximately 12 minutes, including the time it takes for the ride to ascend and descend. Guests will enjoy 10 minutes of breathtaking views while at the apex.

• By accepting admission, you understand that there are inherent weather and fire hazards in the activities and hereby agree and accept the aforementioned hazards. You agree to release MFLG from liabilities and responsibilities for personal injury, loss or damage, which may be incurred.
• Rates, operating hours and policies are subjected to revision from time to time and MFLG reserves the right to make any changes without prior notice.
