• Starting December 2024, access to St. Peter's Basilica may be restricted due to the Vatican's Jubilee Year 2025, which will feature special events and ceremonies. Please note that these closures are determined by the Vatican and are beyond the operator's and Klook's control
• The tour will visit the Pinacoteca Gallery instead if the special access passage between the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica is closed on Wednesdays and during special events
• At times, guides may not be permitted to conduct tours inside St. Peter's Basilica. In such cases, they will provide a brief explanation from outside, and visitors can explore the Basilica independently
• Participants must pass through security. For useful information/restrictions about your tour in the Vatican Museums, please visit the Vatican Musuem's official website
• The special access passage between the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica is closed on Wednesdays and is subject to other unexpected closures during special celebrations/festivities, including the Easter ceremonies. On such days participants will instead explore the magnificent Pinacoteca Gallery. Refunds and discounts will not be provided
• All participants must provide their full names, dates of birth, and passport/nationality details at the time of booking. The information must exactly match what is listed on the ID or passport. Name changes are not allowed. Failure to supply this information will lead to the cancellation of your booking

• Storage is available at the Vatican Museum. Please note that you will need to walk about 20 minutes back to the entrance to retrieve your items at the end of the tour
