Reservation procedure
- You are required to do an online check in prior to boarding the ship. After purchasing Klook voucher, click on the link found under "How to redeem" section in Klook voucher
- Step 1: Fill in the guest details
- Step 2: After filling in the details, click the "check in" button (you will be allowed to check in 14 days before your sailing date)
- Repeat steps 1-2 for each guest
- Online check in will be closed 3 hours prior to sailing time. If you did not do an online check in, please proceed to the Royal Albatross ticketing counter for manual check in

How to get there

By car: Keep left on Sentosa Gateway Bridge and use EAST Car Park. Take the elevators up to the ground level and follow the signs to Adventure Cove Water Park

By taxi: Get dropped off at Resorts World Sentosa Convention Centre entrance. Go through the doors, take the elevators up to the ground level and follow the signs to Adventure Cove Water Park

By Sentosa Express: Take the MRT to HarbourFront Station and from VivoCity (Level 3, lobby L), take the Sentosa Express to Waterfront Station

By Sentosa Boardwalk: Take a 15 minute walk from VivoCity to Resorts World Sentosa via the 700m long Sentosa Boardwalk. Then follow the signs to Singapore Oceanarium

Additional information
- Guests will have to pay for their dogs (SGD30++ for a small dog (10 kg and below) and SGD60++ for a big dog (above 10kg). Payment has to be made at Royal Albatross registration before the dog and human board the Royal Albatross
- Drink(s) are charged separately and payable at cash bar on the yacht
- Dogs with aggressive tendencies or are easily stressed will not be suitable for Dog Cruise
- For dogs on the RWS compound please ensure that they are carried in their carriers, and have a dog diaper on during the sail
- All dogs will need to be on a leash throughout the sail
