How to redeem
- Please present the QR code on your e-voucher at the VIP Lounge (Level 1) at least 30 minutes before your pre-booked time. Boarding for latecomers is subject to availability and is at the discretion of the Management.

- Singapore Flyer: Daily from 10am to 10pm (Last admission: 9:30pm)
- Guest Service Lounge: Daily from 2pm to 10pm
- Please arrive 30 minutes before your selected time slot for check-in at the VIP Lounge (Level 1)
- Available timeslots 4:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm

- By bus: Located opposite Ritz-Carlton (Bus Stop 02171). Services: 36, 36A, 36B, 70A, 70M, 97, 97e, 106, 111, 133, 502, 502A, 518, 518A, 857
- By car: Via Temasek Avenue and Raffles Boulevard
- By metro: (MRT) Promenade Station, Exit A 8-minute walk from Promenade MRT (CC4 / DT15)
