Booking limitations

Ticket Type

• Single person weekend or public holiday 8-hour ticket
• 8-hour ticket for two on weekends or public holidays
• 1 adult and 1 child weekend or holiday 8-hour adult ticket + child bath ticket
• Children's ticket charging standard: Children with a height of 60cm-120cm (inclusive) are charged children's tickets, those above 120cm are the same price as adults, and children below 60cm are free.

Surcharge Rules

• An 8-hour bath ticket allows entry to receive a hand card, at which point timing begins. Overtime will incur additional charges, with the charging rules as follows
• Tickets automatically change to CNY359 for 16 hours if exceeding 8 hours.

• To ensure the water quality standards of the hot spring pool, do not wear swimsuits when bathing in the hot spring, and wear a swimming cap when bathing.

• To ensure customer privacy, mobile phones are prohibited in the bathing area.

• In public places, please take good care of your valuables.

• To ensure your food safety, our store recommends reducing the amount of takeout food brought in.

• If you choose takeout, please confirm the merchant's qualifications and consume it promptly. Our store will charge a takeout cleaning fee of CNY9.9 per person (including storage, retrieval, and sanitation). For safety risks arising from external food, the store will assist in handling but will not bear direct responsibility.
