How to redeem

  • Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket

  • When exchanging tickets, all participants must agree to the "Facility Use Agreement" and register their personal information. Submitting this agreement is considered as having obtained the consent of all participants. Please complete it in advance and submit it to the ticket counter at the Welcome Hut on the day of the event; or fill it out at the Welcome Hut on-site.
